Who can use Sprout
You must be at least 18 years old to use Sprout. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide, including your birthdate, is accurate.
Your account
Keep your login credentials secure and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. One person, one account.
Your conduct
Be kind and respectful. The following are strictly prohibited: harassment, hate speech, bullying, threats, and violence; nudity and sexually explicit content; sexual exploitation, human trafficking, and any commercial sexual services or escort solicitation; non-consensual intimate content; any content involving minors; impersonation, spam, scams, financial solicitation, and attempts to move people to off-platform payment scams; doxxing or sharing others private information; and any illegal activity. Sprout is not a pornographic or escort service and may not be used as one. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior.
Moderation and safety enforcement
We moderate user content and act on reports. You can report or block any user from their profile or your conversation; blocking also unmatches you and hides both of you from each other. We aim to review reports of objectionable content promptly, generally within 24 hours, and we remove violating content and may suspend or permanently remove offending accounts. You can always reach us at support@sproutvegandating.com.
Your content
You own the photos and text you post. You grant Sprout a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service, including in backups. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not post content you do not have the right to share. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
Intellectual property
Sprout, its name, logo, and software are owned by us and protected by law. If you believe content on Sprout infringes your copyright, email support@sproutvegandating.com with the details (the work, the infringing material, your contact information, and a good-faith statement), and we will respond, including by removing infringing content where appropriate.
Safety and assumption of risk
Sprout is a platform for meeting people. We do not conduct criminal background checks, identity verification, or screening of users, and we make no representations about any user. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, online and in person, and you assume all risks associated with them. Take reasonable precautions: meet in public, tell a friend, and arrange your own transportation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Sprout and its operator from all claims and damages arising out of or related to any interaction with another user.
Termination
You can stop using Sprout and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe create risk or legal exposure.
Disclaimers
Sprout is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee matches, dates, compatibility, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sprout and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the service or any interaction with another user, under any theory of liability, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or US $100.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sprout and its operator from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) arising out of or related to your content, your use of the service, your interactions with other users, or your violation of these Terms, any law, or the rights of any third party.
Dispute resolution
Please read this carefully, as it affects your legal rights. Except where prohibited by law, you and Sprout agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court. You and Sprout waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where applicable consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of Sprout after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
