Who can use Sprout
You must be at least 18 years old to use Sprout. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide, including your birthdate, is accurate.
Your conduct
Be kind. Harassment, hate speech, nudity, spam, impersonation, solicitation, and any illegal activity are prohibited. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.
Your content
You own the photos and text you post, and you grant Sprout a license to display them to other users as part of the service. Do not post content you don’t have the right to share. We may remove content that violates these terms.
Moderation
You can report or block any user from their profile or your conversation. We review reports and act on violations, including removing content and banning accounts. Repeated or serious violations result in permanent removal.
Safety
Sprout does not run criminal background checks on users. Use good judgment when meeting people: meet in public places, tell a friend, and arrange your own transportation. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.
Termination
You can stop using Sprout and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Sprout is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee matches, dates, or compatibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sprout is not liable for damages arising from your use of the service or interactions with other users.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Sprout after changes means you accept the updated terms.
