Delete your account in the app (fastest)
- Open Sprout and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Deletion runs immediately.
Can't access the app?
Email support@sproutvegandating.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify that the request comes from the account owner, then complete the same deletion.
What is deleted
Deletion runs immediately and removes your login and email address, profile details (name, birth date, gender, plant identity, prompt answers), photos, saved location and city, matches, conversations and messages, likes and passes, date proposals, and your notification token. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
What is kept
A small set of records is retained, as described in our Privacy Policy: safety reports and in-app feedback are kept with your account identifiers removed, so they are no longer linked to your account; records we are required to retain by law; and copies that persist in routine backups for a limited period before being overwritten. Anonymous crash and error reports are never linked to your identity.
